@TateTheTalisman Just a thing that i noticed. Growing up religious, having the “the devil is whispering in your ear” explanation to negative thoughts and emotions is a net good. The paradigm that negative subconscious thoughts don’t belong to you is pretty powerful.

@TateTheTalisman Depression isn’t fatal. Depression can lead to fatal behaviors with certain people. I understand the point you are making.. and i agree that we shouldn’t succumb to how we feel.
