. @jakubupc can you explain why your prop firm @Upcomers is currently defaulting on a signed corporate contract and scamming me out of $5,735.97?
I turned $99 in challenge fees into over $4,000 in approved payouts. Then your team stepped in to freeze my accounts. Here is the exact breakdown of how Upcomers / Royal Flow - FZCO (IFZA License 35886) has trapped a profitable trader in a 6-month delay scheme:
1. The "A-Book" Trap & Forced Inactivity
On February 17, 2026, Head of Support (Pavel Gerz) emailed me framing a total trading freeze as an "exclusive promotion" to move me to a new A-Book setup. It was a complete bait-and-switch. They froze funded accounts #242299 and #268508, forcing me onto the sidelines for 6 months while feeding me constant promises that launch was "coming soon."
2. Broken Promises & VIP Butter-Up Tactics
Affiliate Program: Promised a 50% revenue-share setup within 2 weeks of Feb 17. It took over a month to get and no compensation was awarded for that delay.
WhatsApp Stall Group: They shoved me into a private WhatsApp group under the guise of VIP treatment, purely to give empty assurances and keep me quiet.
Moving Goalposts: On June 17, Pavel emailed guaranteeing A-Book would go live within "one month maximum" (a July 17 ceiling). In that same email, they tried to rewrite terms by inventing a brand new "evaluation account" requirement before granting access - a restriction that DOES NOT EXIST in our contract. However, still waiting for A-book to become live.
3. The Signed Legal Contract
On February 24, 2026, we executed a binding corporate agreement (for contract reasons i cant share publicly) preserving my $5,735.97 profit balance as a Protected Payout.
Section 3.2.1 established a hard Longstop Date of July 24, 2026.
Section 3.2.1 legally forces them to pay the $5,735.97 IN FULL within 14 calendar days if A-Book was not operational, with ZERO further trading required.
I'm yet to be paid and have had 0 emails from the legal team. Being actively ignored for a contractual agreement.
4. Default & Zero Humanity Pavel’s
July 17 promise passed. The July 24 contract Longstop Date passed. The 14-day grace window is expiring. No A-Book exists. NO MONEY HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED.
Support staff (Arjun, Goutam, Edward and Tomas) are running in circles claiming "legal delays" while refusing to give a transfer date. I explicitly explained to management that I have a baby on the way and needed my owed capital released-they did not care, ignoring the personal toll while holding my funds hostage.
THE BOTTOM LINE:
If a prop firm manipulates profitable traders, invents fake evaluation rules to stall payouts, ignores a baby on the way, and breaches a signed contract over $5,735.97, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE LIQUIDITY TO PAY YOU.
I was absolutely an advocate for supporting @upcomers and the growth of the company, i've been friendly throughout the process and advertised the company across the affiliate scheme. I've gave a lot to this company and this is how they treat me.
Pursuant to Section 7.3(c) of our signed agreement, this factual account of non-performance is public and factual.

@JakubUPC If you’re pulling in record revenue and processing $1.7M + a month, there is zero financial reason to default on a signed $5,735.97 contract.
Support keeps deflecting to management while your team blocks public accounts. See my pinned Jakub.

@MattiaRudaj@JakubUPC@Upcomers Appreciate you speaking up man. Shows this isn't an isolated incident, it's a pattern.
I'm truly sorry that you're also going through this
Appreciate @PropFirmsGuru calling this out.
Just a reminder: @upcomers_com blocked me immediately after exposing this, all while their CEO boasts about paying out $1.7M last month.
They can find $1.7M for promotional graphics, but refuse to pay a signed $5,735.97 contract. Incredible.
I'm speechless

"$5,735.97 payout still pending from last 6 months😳"
A profitable trader 📈 started with just $99 in challenge fees and turned it into over $4,000 in approved payouts 💰 with Upcomers.
In February 2026 the firm suddenly froze ❄️ two 100K Thunderbolt accounts.
They called it an exclusive “promotion” to move the trader onto a new A-Book setup 📊.
What followed was six full months of delays ⏳, shifting promises, a private WhatsApp “VIP” group used mainly for empty updates, and brand-new rules that never appeared in the original agreement.
On February 24 a binding corporate contract 📜 was signed. It clearly protected the $5,735.97 profit balance and set a hard Longstop Date of July 24, 2026.
If A-Book was still not live by then, the firm was legally required to pay the full amount within 14 days with zero extra trading needed.
That deadline has now passed. ❌ No money has been transferred. Support keeps repeating “legal delays” while ignoring the trader personal situation, including a baby on the way 👶.
Dashboard screenshots still show the suspended accounts holding six-figure balances. The original email from the Head of Support confirms those balances and profits were supposed to remain fully intact.
Bottom line ⚡: When a prop firm freezes a consistently profitable trader, invents post-contract rules, misses a written payout deadline, and shows no urgency serious liquidity and trust questions arise 🚨.
Traders, demand transparency. Signed contracts must mean something @JakubUPC.
@TheTrustedProp@propfirmmatch
Another solid run with @E8Markets . 💰⚡️
1k locked in. A proper firm that pays.
Only 5 days into the month. Got to keep your head down even when theirs noise around you 🙌
@TrustedPropHub That’s precisely the point, though. Framing a suspension as an "A-Book migration" is standard window dressing to stall profitable traders when a firm lacks the cash flow to honor payouts.
A real migration doesn't take 6 months, endless moving goalposts, and a defaulted contract over $5,735.97.
If they're claiming on their social medias of 1.7m in payouts. What is 5.7k of a contractual obligation?
Thank you guys tho
@spxinvestor@JakubUPC@Upcomers It’s a shame because I genuinely supported the firm and wanted to see them grow. But traders deserve full transparency and honoured contracts above everything else. 🙃
@upcomers_com@JakubUPC
Terence from Kenya requested a $67.90 payout.
Just another routine withdrawal… or so it seemed.
But fate had written something else. Due to technical issues, we missed the 24-hour timeframe for his payout.
So we did exactly what we said we would. Instead of $67.90, Terence received $1,067.90.
That’s a $1,000 extra.
Congratulations Terence. That's the FundedNext promise, kept.
