@taktoa1@cmuratori I think this would be totally plausible, but then it also would be the absolute opposite of what he was emphasizing to the students on taking responsibility and doing the right thing when they are part of the decision-making process.
Episode 3 of Wading Through AI is up! In this episode, @DemetriSpanos and I look at the aspects of AI technology that cause people to have wildly different experiences when using it, even for similar tasks:

@PraveenPerera@ThePrimeagen The argument was that with Rust, the code is "~correct," but now it's "obvious" that "~correct" means logic errors are not included in "~correct," as they will always be present. That's quite a definition of correctness. I believe your argument is "~correct."
@Steinwallen Freue mich schon auf die nächste Folge Prolog und Ep.1 haben schon mal sehr viel Spaß gemacht, fühlt man sich direkt in eine schöne Kindheit mit tollen Computerspielen rück versetzt.
⚠️ Tip for Webmasters: Unblock AIs
If you put your website behind Cloudflare, it will block traffic from "AI" by default. That means no connections from ChatGPT, Claude, and similar.
That's a really dumb default that Cloudflare went with for the wrong reasons. It means your website doesn't exist to some of the most important nodes on the Internet.
You can fix that by going to Security → Settings → Block AI bots and switching it off.
This is an interesting read. I thought, "Okay, it now needs to be clearly stated in the T&Cs, but it should have been included in the past." I saved this in my mind as a change that doesn't require action from me. I believe the first rejection will guide us on how to interpret the rule.
I think that if you are using the Pomodoro technique, you should try to eliminate distractions. From this perspective, it might seem overwhelming, but if the screen is off during the session and only active at the start and end, it looks stunning and shouldn't be distracting. How are you creating the backgrounds? I am currently building a math app and have experimented with similar ideas to make light mode more visually appealing.
A few weeks ago, I began saving links to posts, videos, and tools in a Markdown file for later use. Since this collection might be helpful to others, I've decided to publish my bookmarks weekly. Feel free to check it out! 📚🔗📹 #sharingiscaring

Is there a way to instruct Codex not to undo the changes I made to the model's output or to leave the lines I commented out unchanged, as I currently do not want to use them? It's driving me insane. 👿
The first almost-stable version of XcodeProjectCLI (xcp) is here! Manage #Xcode groups, files, and target memberships right from the terminal.
Could be useful with #AI agents 🤔
Already integrated in xcodebuild.nvim 🤩

@BrettFromDJ That is one of the stupidest "rationales" I have ever heard. I hope it's just ragebait. My neighbor, who is under 24, steals, so every neighbor under 24 must be stealing.
@Aivars_Meijers I think you're right. I would be happy to see the creator I like make a living from their work. Many people struggle to differentiate between content creators' opinions and sponsored content, so they think it's somewhat shady.
@jacobtechtavern Congrats. It will be awesome! As part of the 5.2 percent I can only advice everyone to make your indie journey a success. It’s totally worth it 🚀
I think the talk about AI really gets people fired up. Some feel like their skills aren't worth much anymore, while others worry their vibe coding isn't good enough. But that misses the point—AI can actually boost your skills and help with stuff you might not want to do. Plus, it’s a great way for people to start learning when they hit a wall with pure vibe coding. In the end, nobody knows what the future holds. Striving to improve in what one enjoys should be the ultimate goal.
