3. You claim this is the result of your "strong fiscal management," yet your administration allowed nearly $1 million in duplicate Medicaid payments and more than $1 billion in reporting errors—that's just the tip of the iceberg.

The facts don't lie, even when @AndyBeshearKY does. Kentucky's seventh consecutive budget surplus proves conservative fiscal leadership works. Instead of inventing the next crisis, work with Republicans to root out waste, fraud, and duplicative programs so we can keep building on this success.
