+ Alternate between a mousturizing body wash like bioderma or l’occitane almond oil
+ Exfoliating body wash: best one is Naturium glycolic acid body wash

- Amlactin 12% best mild exfoliant / moisturizer for KP and hyperpigmentation
- Eucerin Urea 5% or 10%: best moisturizer for textured skin
- Body oil: i love the aveeno or palmers ones
- Sunscreen and avoid sun exposure
- Moroccan Hamam every two weeks
