@F4EED The Moroccan National Amateur Radio Society did not ask for frequencies to be kept clear when I spoke to them this afternoon. It may be appropriate if SAR Teams go to the country with amateur radio though.

@musicMagpie but I can't speak to them. The courier contract is with you and they only take instructions from you. Your website shows the problem under 'parcel tracking' but you haven't asked/tried to clear this query. I resubmitted my address on the last rebook and still failed

@Hermesparcels are you having problems collecting from the CH3 area? My parcels for @musicMagpie are still waiting here after 5 booked collection dates.... No cards through the door, no sighting of your drivers on the days we stayed in.

@musicMagpie @Hermesparcels so it seems like all the 'failed collections' I am experiencing is down to @Hermesparcels request for more information not being actioned by @musicMagpie. I can't get to @Hermesparcels without going through @musicMagpie who don't recognise the problem.

@musicMagpie another failed collection by @Hermesparcels. The website says they need more information but I can't get through to them and they just send me back to you. It seems none of the rebooked collections have been accepted since the 11 Dec. You investigate all failures???
