@RedDragon733 Disagree wholeheartedly. Robert Englund and Freddy go hand-in-hand. A guy who can not only do an impression but looks so much like Englund that he was cast as a young version of him should be replicating Robert’s performance.
@nightwingthighs Man why do all my favorite weapons have to have some crazy exploit? I just enjoy using the hatchet, come to find out now that it has a mega abusable bug.
@gotblacklung Michael is actually surprisingly expressive if you pay attention. One of the reasons I don’t like the other sequels as opposed to the DGG trilogy is that it gives him a motive. Michael is (and was always supposed to be) evil incarnate who derived great joy from harming others.
I’m hearing a lot of talk about Halloween: The Game’s 1.0.3 patch, and personally, the gameplay feels smoother. Michael Myers players are finding ways to take out civilians, even when those civilians fight back with weapons.
On the civilian side, I think the adjustment is learning when to move, when to stay hidden, and when to react. This is a survival game. If you rush straight to an objective without reading what Michael is doing or planning your next move, you might reach it quickly and still never make it out.
Mixing stealth with smart decisions in the moment makes each match more interesting. I’m enjoying how the game feels right now, and I appreciate the team continuing to listen and release updates. Keep them coming. 🎃
@HaiSleepy Context clues like Reality Tear + Dark Presence? Not to mention other Civilians? He literally has no option but to slash because you could use a knife + get shoved.
@DoomsdayAtm@therimjobreaper I disagree, it puts you in the perspective of Loomis if we see Michael being inhuman. Do you want your viewer to be a civilian who thinks he’s just a man, or like Loomis and know he’s supernatural and want to warn them but not able to because they wouldn’t listen if you could?
@Mr_Zantastic Michael is literally EVIL INCARNATE. He wouldn’t have the slightest qualm in doing it. Maybe it’s just me but you shouldn’t really be playing the Halloween game if you draw the like at Michael killing a dog.
I'll always love Halloween 2018 becuase the whole movie is about finding meaning in senseless violence and the answer is Michael is an asshole who thinks its fun something Loomis stated very clearly to anyone who would listen
@gabriel_linf Shame how every other game is so different, both in lore (I absolutely hate Eternal and its DLC, as well as Dark Ages in terms of their lore, their gameplay is amazing) and atmosphere. 2016 was everything (with a few exceptions) a modern DOOM game should be.
