Nthing stops a @RamTrucks right. First ram experience. New truck. Took a wk for ram emrgcy srvc to send tow, it nvr came. I set my own tow.they won’t pay for. 2nd tow a wk ltr. No truck for 6 wks out of 8. Case mgr gives me🖕🏼yet I continue my lease pymt. I guess we meet in court

@RamTrucks Already elevated to supervisor. Same blah blah blah. They feel the need to explain to me, their customer abt their computer system sometimes doesn’t show everything and the @ramtrucks policy. @ramtrucks has had a multitude of opportunities to take care of the customer. #Fail
