Hi, My Brother has had a lot going on recently and he got confused with date of renewal of PS Plus Subscription & so £50 was taken out, (even tho its £37.49 in PS Store just now??) & it's to see what he can do to get full refund or he would be happy to get £12.51 back @AskPS_UK

@AskPS_UK By "send you contact information" Do you mean sending Phone number or email to contact about it? Do you roughly know time frame for resolving this? It's Xmas in 27 days & every penny counts and a lengthy wait is not good, especially when Playstation have been sneaky & overcharged

@AskPS_UK Is that only for Full refund? Because it doesn't state WHY he was charged £50 and not the price it is available for at moment? By the time he gets refund the price could be £50 again and therefore he misses out on deal he should have got automatically
