Голова російського Паралімпійського комітету заявляв, що понад 300 колишніх військових уже ввійшли до національних збірних.
Участь інших країн поруч із такими спортсменами = співучасть у російській пропаганді.
Олімпійський рух на найнижчій точці за багато років, МОК зраджує власним цінностям. Якщо так триватиме - можливий кінець МОК у нинішньому вигляді та поява нових організацій.

The participation of other countries alongside such athletes = complicity in Russian propaganda.
The Olympic Movement is currently at its lowest point in many years. The IOC is betraying its own values. If this continues - the end of the IOC in its current form and the emergence of new organizations are quite possible.

This is a big mistake to allow the aggressor to take something. It was a big mistake at the very beginning, starting with 2014. And even before that, during the attack and occupation of parts of Georgia. And even before that, when Chechnya was occupied, with total destruction and one million casualties – both killed and wounded.

Many mistakes were made. That's why now I don't want to be the President who will repeat the mistakes made by my predecessors or other people. I'm not just speaking about Ukraine. I'm speaking about the leaders of different countries that allowed an aggressive country like Russia to come onto their territory.

Because you can't stop Putin with your kisses or flowers. I never did it and that's why I don’t feel that it's the right way. My advice to everybody – don’t do that with Putin.

Otherwise, there will be a first step, then in five years, he will rebuild his military, increase the number of soldiers, his army will be well trained. Because he has lost a lot of well-trained people. He is losing 30–35 thousand people per month now.

Can you imagine this in the 21st century? Can you imagine – he’s losing 35,000 each month? I'm not sure that he knows about it.

Every day, recovery continues in our cities and communities after Russian strikes. This week of February alone, they launched about 1,300 attack drones, more than 1,200 guided aerial bombs, and 50 missiles against Ukraine – almost all of them ballistic. Today, the Odesa, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Sumy regions came under enemy attack.

As before, the main target of these attacks is the energy sector. The Russians deliberately combine strikes to destroy our generation facilities, substations, and grid. Many strikes also hit residential infrastructure. Our warriors intercept a significant portion of the missiles, but unfortunately not all of them. That is why there can be no pauses in protecting lives.

In Munich, we agreed with the leaders of the Berlin Format on specific packages of energy and military aid for Ukraine by February 24. I am grateful to our partners for their readiness to help, and we count on all deliveries arriving promptly. Ukraine needs air defense every day to deprive Russia of leverage through terror. 2. Ми боремося не лише на полі бою.

Ми маємо не допустити поширення російської пропаганди у спорті.

Також я впевнений, що ми маємо підтримувати родини загиблих не лише на словах.

Саме тому ми розпочинаємо роботу над розробкою проєкту з підтримки сімей загиблих спортсменів, зображених на шоломі, з подальшою метою — створити можливість допомагати сім’ям усіх загиблих спортсменів.
