【大田区選挙管理委員会、ヤバイ隠蔽が明らかに‼️】

昨日来、大田区選挙管理委員会が2700票のニセ無効票を作って、間違えた不在者投票数に合わせる、という犯罪行為を行った疑惑につき、区役所は大騒ぎです。(詳しくは昨日のFacebook参照)

選挙管理委員会事務局長も、疑惑を公開した元選管職員のブログまで事実を知らなかった、という体たらくです。

多分、現場のベテラン係長クラスがミスを隠蔽する為に、ニセの票を作ったのではないでしょうか。

今回の事件では様々な問題が発覚しました。

①実際の票がなくても手入力で票は簡単に「作れる」とバレた
②現場の開票立会人や選挙長の確認を受けなくても、票は「ごまかせる」とバレた
③このような犯罪行為をいとも簡単に出来る職員が大田区役所には勤務しているらしい
④このような大事件を上司に報告、連絡、相談出来る環境が、区役所各級職員にはなかったらしい
⑤職務上知り得た秘密を簡単に外部に漏らす文化がある(OBや議員を含めて)らしい

明日には、大田区としての発表があるものと思われますが、あまりにお粗末な事件には呆れるばかりです。

私は、事実を確認する為に、公文書開示請求制度を使い「不在者投票に係る文章一切」を開示請求しました。

どうか、当該行為を行なった職員、関係管理職は隠す事なく、事実を明らかにして大田区に宿るウミを出し尽くして欲しいと思います。

大多数の職員は区民の為、一緒懸命に働いているのですから。
