Meet Mia, Rosie, Buddy, and a foreign-exchange piglet named Hamylton in this exclusive first look at Angry Birds Mystery Island.
The first eight episodes debut on Prime Video and Amazon Kids+ on May 21.
As evidenced by the unbridled promotion and implementation of technology at the expense of human dignity, we are truly experiencing an eclipse of the sense of what it means to be human. It is imperative to recover an understanding of the true meaning and grandeur of humanity as intended by God. It is in this sense that the challenge we currently face is not technological, but anthropological, and it is my hope that the Encyclical Letter to be published within a few days will contribute to answering this challenge.
People tie themselves in knots trying to explain the content of contemporary ideas when they are merely symptoms of decay and corruption. Take populism. It’s not political thought. It’s just decay in its usual form, would be seen as such by any historian or philosopher in past:
Parents: Do not give your children any AI companions or AI enhanced toys. With social media 15 years ago, we can say we didn't know.
With AI, we can already see some of the harms, such as suicide and psychosis. Other harms will surface years from now.

Is AI different?
In the past technologies (dishwashers, word processors, etc.) moved workers up the added value scale, w/productivity at the bottom.
AI is moving lawyers, editors, radiologists into lower value jobs: Uber drivers, waiters...
Gains are going to technofeudalists
🚨 INDAUTOR INFORMA
La Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación resolvió que las obras creadas por inteligencia artificial 🤖 no pueden registrarse como derechos de autor en México.
⚖️ La creatividad protegida por la ley es exclusivamente humana.
1/Increasingly bothered by the argument that the path to “intelligence” requires the theft of all known intellectual property. That’s not anything but theft, and if you were actually building “intelligence” it theoretically requires near zero training data.
Get that? The problem isn't that Midjourney wants to replace all the animation artists - it's that they didn't pay the movie studios license fees for the training data. They didn't create "partnerships."

"It is not the job of artists to give the audience what the audience want. If the audience knew what they needed, then they wouldn’t be the audience. They would be the artist. It is the job of artists to give the audience what they need."
~ Alan Moore
Focus on effort, not outcomes. It’s insane to tie your wellbeing to things outside of your control, Marcus Aurelius said. If you did your best, if you gave it your all, if you acted with your best judgment—that's a win…regardless of whether it’s a good or bad outcome.
🧵Watching the West stumble from one crisis to the next, I think democratic governance has been hollowed by our inept elites, possibly beyond repair. I see this both as a byproduct of globalization and what has been happening deep inside our nations and our communities. 1/10
I would say the US was deindustrialised (with the consequent social and economic breakdown outside the coasts) by Wall Street rather than China (Wall Street of course will try to shift the blame to China)
With Tech and governments fusing into a single dystopian entity, this might be the last good fight to give unless we win. Stop this #DevelopmentalHolocaust !
Providing AI with an exemption from state legislation would be dangerous in a world where an increasing number of our kids are being targeted by AI companions, AI generated deepfakes, and AI powered social media algorithms.
Protecting our kids is not a partisan issue and we should all oppose this gift to the tech companies that are already harming our kids at an industrial scale.
