Today the Stetson wrestling team had their first home match of the season against Patton Middle School. The Falcons defeated the Hawks in a spirited contest. Great job Stetson!

Especially thankful for our Stetson PTO for graciously providing breakfast for our staff during conference week. Our gratitude tree in my main lobby is a great reminder to always be thankful for the support we have here at Stetson from our community! Have a great break everyone!
The Spelling Bee had a smaller number of contestants than in past years, but the competition was unusually fierce. 7th grader Santosh Kandasamy will represent Stetson at the Chester County Spelling Bee in February of 2025. Congratulations to all who participated. @WestChesterASD
Today Stetson students had the opportunity to listen Stetson parent and community member, Mr. Jon Cleck, talk about his experience in the Navy SEALS. We are incredibly thankful for all of our veterans and the sacrifices they have made while serving our country! @WestChesterASD
Today Ms. Dickson’s class welcome NASA solar ambassador, Dr. Don Miller, to discuss the history of earth. Students got to hear about his work with NASA and make connections to their studies in class! #SMSPride@WestChesterASD
Stetson students and families were treated to some wonderful performances tonight at our annual talent show “Stetsons Got Talent”. Students were incredibly supportive of each other all proceeds benefited the Stetson Drama Club. We even had a secret reveal of the upcoming musical!
7th grade social studies students were treated to a "Spirit Wings" assembly today run by Mr. Barry Lee. This was an opportunity for students to get some additional knowledge that ties into their 7th grade American History curriculum. #SMSPride
On Monday afterschool, the Stetson Girls Soccer team gave back to the community by making breakfast bags to be donated to the West Chester Food Cupboard. The girls decorated the bags with positive and inspirational messages before stuffing them with food and drinks. #SMSPride
Today we had the official unveiling of our "PRIDE" mosaic tile mural. This project was designed by Stetson students and artist Jessica Gorlin Liddell, and funded by our Stetson PTO and an Education Foundation mini-grant. We look forward to showing you in person at Open House!

Tonight the 7/8 Grade Band put on their Spring Concert. The show featured classic hits such as Jurassic Park by John Williams and Blue Sky Horizon by Randall D. Standridge. Fantastic job by our band director, Mr. Kyle Risch, and all of our band students for tonight’s show!
Congratulations to this years Karen Best Award winner, 8th grader Andrew Clemente. Given to a student who not only maintains outstanding academic performance, but who demonstrates true citizenship by participating in service to others both in and out of school. Great job Andrew!
6th Grade social studies students are in the South Asia Unit and today we climbed Mount Everest. The class all researched different sections of the Mountain and guided one brave student all the way to the summit. Way to go climbers! #SMSPride@WestChesterASD
