@IncomeTaxIndia @theicai My PAN shows "Invalid" while registering as CA on the e-filing portal. IT helpline says it's not showing up in the ICAI database — despite being active on ICAI SSP and used for all ITR filings. 3 days, no update from either side. Please resolve. #ICAI #CA

Registering as CA on Income Tax portal shows "Invalid PAN" — same PAN I use to file my ITRs, active on ICAI SSP too. Helpline said email; it's been 3 days, no update, reply, nothing

@IncomeTaxIndia @Infosys_IT Extremely frustrating experience, I've called all 4 helpline no.s 10+ times . Calls rarely connect, and when they do, the IVR asks for 4-digit PAN numeric code + DOB which I enter exactly as per my PAN, but it keeps saying "not matching."
