I know this is generalizing and probably a simplification of the issues, but I see a LOT of teachers teaching like their hair is on fire, exemplary teaching, working 12+ hours a day to support their students. I think it’s time to look at some other issues. End.

Parents are checking to see if their child can turn in missing work. Then they want to know how they can improve their grade. Their kids need to do the work and put in the effort.
