Asmongold says Hasan would never support a pro Israel Democrat even if they gave him everything else
"Would Hasan support a candidate that was for Medicare for All, ice reform, all these things, but also supported Israel? He would not. Everybody knows he would not"
"Because that is the main issue for him. That is the issue on which he will never compromise. Every other issue serves as a vehicle to that issue"
Canadian pundits are not very bright.
Why now? Because it has been exactly a year since Canada retaliated against the 232 tariffs (steel and aluminum).
Why now? Because USTR Greer has a year of data to quantify the Canadian 232 retaliation, and that's the exact $$$ valuation just applied in the 338 tariffs.
Good grief. The former "conservative leader" doesn't even know what section 338 tariffs authorize?
Congress doesn't need to approve of every trade action, goofy. 338 is not only authorized it was recently bolstered by the U.S. Supreme Court.
“Over the past year and a half, only two countries have chosen to retaliate against President Trump’s tariffs rather than negotiate a deal with the United States: the People’s Republic of China and Canada.“
57 years ago today, the clearest case of American Exceptionalism became extraterrestrially undeniable.
The Stars and Stripes were planted on the lunar surface to commemorate the greatest achievement in human history. 🇺🇸🚀
These people should have allowed Trump the IEEPA tariffs. They could have been easily removed once he was out of office, but since the scotus and others thought they knew better, the new tariffs are a lot stronger and longer lasting. The TDS clowns just couldn't help themselves and once again they end up with a pie in the face.
Nobody does it quite like @POTUS & America. 🇺🇸
To everyone who traveled from around the world to join, thanks for experiencing the hype firsthand. Now you know what makes America one of a kind.
Huge thank you to law enforcement & everyone who made it possible.
What an unforgettable way to close out @FIFAWorldCup 2026. ⚽🦅
"I had a very good conversation with the new Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Andy Burnham... The Prime Minister has got a big job ahead of him, but he will be able to do it and, of course, the U.S.A. will be there to help!" - President Donald J. Trump 🇺🇸
2) Last year two countries retaliated against the U.S. for the 232 (steel and aluminum) tariffs, China and Canada.
The USTR office has now quantified the tariff and non-tariff barriers triggered by Canada in 2025 and Greer has provided President Trump with a financial quantification of the trade impact.
The three Canadian retaliatory sectors highlighted include: (1) Alcoholic Beverages, (2) Motor Vehicles, (3) Dairy Products.

These are the three segments quantified by USTR Greer that form the baseline for the U.S. to retaliate with countervailing duties.
Effective 30 days from now, August 16, 2026, President Trump has established a 50% tariff rate against a wide variety of Canadian imports.
1) Folks, these announced 50% tariffs are not ever coming off.
This is not Trump negotiating. Not this time.
Look at the way they are quantified and structured.
It is very obvious from the construct and details of this announcement that U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer has completed a comprehensive review of the retaliatory action by Canada that followed the U.S. Section 232 tariffs on Steel and Aluminum.

Canada imposed an unfair tariff scheme on American cars. As a result, Canadian imports of U.S. cars fell ~22%, costing American industry BILLIONS.
President Trump won't put up with Canada's trade schemes. The U.S. will levy a 50% TARIFF on some Canadian products. 🇺🇸
