@Asad_Ashah True, as long as there are secured zero effort ways to multiply money why would someone take a risky path. This real estate boom (essentially trading of titles) will even take gas out of startup pipelines . That’s what happened in 2005-7 boom as well

@Asad_Ashah We need to develop new and competitive economy fast. Average talent thrived in non competitive rent seeking old economy and top talent left abroad. Unless demand ramps up to justify the investment it will be tough to attract required capital for mass development and R&D

@Asad_Ashah Absolutely @VeqarIslam in many organisations, biggest threat comes from leadership not opening the space of unlearning and learning new things. Vulnerable leaders make the organisations vulnerable. Failures in trying new things can be tactical but inaction is fatal .
