Learned a lesson with @AmericanAir and luggage- don’t ever use a suitcase and expect it in the same condition as it started. Brand new suitcase never used now has permanent stains and streaks after a flight from DFW to JFK, and their response was basically better luck next time

@2livepu @AmericanAir Not if your planning on flying @AmericanAir at least. Customer service is trash and clearly they don’t treat suitcases well. And the response of “reply to the email” is bogus. Or mid-trip out of state take time to go to the airport within 2 days so we can tell you no again.
