@gamb91 @ATT I feel your pain. I’ve spent more than 12 hours with @ATT trying to fix my order status for my @Apple phone. It appears no one knows what to do and I’m bounced around to different areas. AT&T doesn’t seem to know how to fix this. This is a bad representation for @Apple products.
