Our @CR_UK funded work and one of many important outcomes of @GAlexandrou2’s PhD research has led to a new method for detecting and distinguishing #PIK3CA p.E545k mutation from pseudogene DNA using an #ISFET array. So excited that it is being presented today at #iscas2023!
Our latest and very exciting research findings on detecting the well-studied ESR1 p.E380Q mutation using an #ISFET based Lab-on-Chip platform is now published on the @IEEETBioCAS Special Issue on @IEEEISCAS 2020! Well done to @GAlexandrou2, @NickMoserIC & @Katerina_mants.
