@MojangSupport hi guys, my son downloaded latest patch/update for MC Bedrock today, and when it loads it just has red screen, and goes no further. On Xbox it's fine, but not on Windows 10!! He's very upset about it. Help?!

@EAFIFADirect hi, can you may AI defend better? It's too easy to counter attack and score against them. They need to sit back further. Also, crossing balls in, AI defenders leave my striker unmarked every time for easy headers. Need to fix this.

@JosephCreamer3 @EAHelp Plus EA don't seem to want to admit what is really going on. There is clearly a problem. Servers unstable, accounts locked. More to this than meets the eye.

@JosephCreamer3 @EAHelp Same as me. 10+ years of progress/money gone in a day. The guys on EA can't unlock invalid accounts, so its pointless asking them to do. There are hundreds of gamers with same problem.

@EAHelp @Hatefever No-one at EA seem to want to help, I feel like I am talking to robots. Yesterday, I sent my evidence for recovering my account and within 60s I had a response saying not enough info, when I added documents/the right info. What is going on?

@EAHelp @Hatefever Jay, why are you guys not being honest about the invalid account issue? Too many people affected for it to just be isolated incidents. It needs addressing quickly. I've lost 10y+ scores, tried recovering my account and told it isn't enough detail(when it is), and fobbed off.

@magicdustbin @EA I had same problem. On the help EA page, change your location (top right hand corner) to USA then the chat facility appears when you go through the 'hacked account' options.
