World Baseball Classic Memorabilia

Over the next 12 months a range of memorabilia from the World Baseball Classic will go to auction with all funds going to the @GB_Baseball Programme.

The items will include signed and non-signed jerseys and well as a range of signed bats from the 2026 WBC.

In addition, a range of vintage GB gear will also be up for auction.

With the WBSC Women’s World Cup Qualifier due in August, the first batch has been made available for the GB Women’s national Team and can be found at https://t.co/JyRw9kCVcJ

Following this auction, new auctions will be held to benefit the U18s, U15s and U12s in time to support the teams in 2027 as they prepare for international competition.

“Players in the GB Programme make a massive financial and time commitment and it is only right that we should find ways of supporting them,” said Glen Robertson, the BBF National Teams Programme Officer. “I want to thank the generosity of the players and staff who were part of the 2026 WBC team who have contributed signed items to this initiative.”

GB secured their second mercy rule win against a Hungarian team who had themselves beaten Austria the day before. Once again it was a combination of solid pitching and base stealing that secured the win.
