After SCOTUS shut down Trump’s emergency tariff authority, she argued he should do what Democrats do and label them “fees.”

Maher’s reaction looked like someone who’s been burned by this tactic many times over.

BOEBERT: “If we’re going to just change the names and the terms, well, let’s do what the leftist politicians do… and call it something else like a ‘fee.’ We have taxes that these citizens vote on. However, on top of that is fee after fee after fee that no one ever takes a vote on.”
