Every semester is the same — @CUNY can’t pay us on time. Graduate students are struggling to survive as they wait months for their pay. This means eviction threats, skipped meals, mounting debt and missed bills. We can’t go on like this. @GC_CUNY must find a solution!

The GC Contingent at the December 2nd action was huge and loud. We had loads of fantastic conversations with a bunch of rank-and-filers who are ready for strike action and for a return to Class Struggle Unionism!

This is the last update we had from the bargaining table. CUNY has basically walked away from negotiations, and hasn't scheduled new sessions through November and December. We need to show them that CUNY workers won't be sidelined and ignored!
