The 60 GCM mining reward was part of the Genesis (Initial) Period, introduced as a special incentive for the first 100,000 early believers who joined Goal Chain, believed in the vision, and helped build the community from the very beginning.
After the Genesis Period ended, the mining reward was updated to 30 GCM every 12 hours, which is the current mining stage.
The First Halving is a completely different milestone. It is part of Goal Chain's long-term token emission model. Once a total of 1 billion GCM has been mined, the mining reward will automatically decrease from 30 GCM to 15 GCM every 8 hours.
