Actually, I’ll clarify: the spot on the map is a hidden away open room with a single chair in the corner (no doors). But it’s not marked as a lactation room nor should it be one… I don’t think it should be this hard to find.

I give a guest lecture on resumes and cover letters. Color is fine to use sparingly as long as you aren’t going bright pink etc. My resume has my name and other accent elements in a dark green. #genechat

When I see a bunch of white dudes talking about how they dismiss resumes based on the color and format, it makes me laugh because I’m like wow okay this is where the meaningless attention to the wrong details start.

@EmilyMSGC Wow! I agree with you, our MS is certainly the terminal degree for our profession. Does this company not hire that many genetic counselors? I know there are very few GCs with PhDs or other professional degrees

UPDATE: The Administration is extending the pause on federal student loan repayments to allow for the Supreme Court to rule in the case on the student debt relief program.

The pause will end no later than June 30, 2023. Payments will resume 60 days after the pause ends.

@Kelsie_McVeety Symptoms for me started about 13 hours after and lasted through the weekend (received booster Saturday morning and was basically back to 100 by Monday morning). I had severe arm pain, fever and chills.
