@JeremyTaylorNB They’re too busy to deal with this. I don’t know the answer. Even Guy’s Cancer Centre are overwhelmed. Staff don’t understand impact on patients. It requires some very bright young patient, no longer ill, to come up with a solution!

@JeremyTaylorNB This is an important observation. A manager in a position to do so will benefit hugely from ensuring consistent skill & knowledge levels among junior staff. Where that isn’t achieved, the gaps show later.

Another week of French mortality statistics has just been posted on line by France’s stats agency INSEE (ghoulish, moi?) They support my assertion – and I’m pleased to see The Economist/ FT now agree - that Fr. is pretty accurate in its running total of Covid-19 deaths. 1/8
