Harassment has many levels, but it should always be taken seriously, addressed and handled by the company. Even when harassment was unintentional.

Today we are training to handle and identify harasment cases. Harassment is gendered issue, sexual harassment at workplace is mostly targeted towards women and only about 42% of these cases are reported.

Heli Salomaa at @LahtiDesignWeek talking about costume design in games. Technical development has brought new needs to character design and realistic clothing is one of the newer areas. Heli works as a freelancer in different productions in companies such as @remedygames

@NeogamesFin has recently published the Finnish Game Industry 2018 report: https://t.co/4h1X4kEfmp At the moment there are about 220 game studios in Finland and the Finnish games industry employs over 3,000 people. 20 % of employees are women and 27% from abroad.
