Day 9 complete for @itsbasedgamejam
Made a new level, added a new samurai enemy, got item effects working, and started working on a basic inventory.
Tomorrow I'm looking to put together the intro sequence and a game over state.

@itsbasedgamejam@Nephilim_N100 Everything just works out of the box for pixel art. Pixel perfect collisions, tilemap collisions, smooth cameras, path finding, rendering. You name it, GameMaker can do it extremely fast without any additional set up.
