AI is transforming public services, like helping doctors diagnose lung cancer faster. The Annalise AI tool reads every adult chest X-ray immediately, spotting potential issues and prioritising urgent cases, so patients get treatment sooner.

🚀 The PM’s AI Exemplars Programme is testing AI across public services like justice, education, and the @NHS.

By piloting and scaling what works, it’s helping doctors discharge patients faster and speeding up planning decisions for homeowners.

[Peter Kyle @peterkyle]

This is exactly the kind of change we need, AI being used to give doctors, probation officers and other key workers more time to focus on delivering better outcomes and speeding up vital services.

[Keir Starmer @Keir_Starmer]

AI can transform our public services.

But only with an active government willing to seize it.

We’re harnessing AI to free up doctors’ time, speed up discharges, reduce waiting lists and get patients home quicker.

This is our Plan for Change in action.

[Department for Science, Innovation and Technology @SciTechgovuk]
