After a move across country I have a new job, new apartment, new pretty much everything. So I'm slowly easing back into the writing game. It's time to shake the cobwebs off and get to it.

@OpieAlan I love the subject matter, the setting, and the story but I feel like compromises we're made between the writing and the studios. There's so much there to work with and that could've been done but at some points it just feels like an average Hollywood horror movie. Top ten though

1) I'm not sorry, I hate expositing. Really. When I read a story or watch a film and there's any exposition, it immediately pulls me out of the narrative. It's almost as if the fourth wall is broken and the storyteller is starring me in the face explaining their creation like

3) answers or just let those bits of dialogue create the world around me. I say all this as a round about way of saying if you read my stories, expect to just be dropped in the world with little to no explanation outside of what would naturally come about. I'm trying to entertain

2) I'm a child. Ok, maybe not EVERY time, sometimes it's done well. But for the most part and I do mean most, exposition is a world breaker. I genuinely enjoy opening a book or watching a film and being exposed to something new and having to figure it out on my own or wait for
