3/3 Future studies would benefit from measuring metabolites multiple times. Although some metabolites are rather stable over time, not all are. More dynamic investigations would improve understanding of changes over time.
Thank you very much for an excellent talk on the many challenges in evidence synthesis in molecular epidemiology @jakub_morze

2/3 That the current way of updating systematic reviews is a slow process. From finishing the search to publication a lot of new studies had emerged
A new way is needed to keep it up to date. One idea was an online database where standardized results could be uploaded to.
📢We're recruiting- come join our team! Multiple positions are available to study beta cell stress, immune signaling and #T1D in the Thompson Lab @DREAM_diabetes@CHRIManitoba@umanitoba. Please DM or visit https://t.co/pkgGb9dabt for details! Please RT!
