@SonicHero3D I can understand modern gamers not liking Summons because the animations are so lengthy. But as a kid, this was like the best thing ever to me. I was always excited when I got a new Summon Materia.
@ThatGuyJakey7@A_i In my opinion, there should at least be an option for it when applicable. Some people prefer higher picture quality. Some people prefer higher frame rate. A quality and performance mode would satisfy both camps.
@RomeizR@vivigrot I still don't understand the point you're trying to make. People are celebrating system sales.
Capcom made RE9. Yeah? Games are what sells the system. It needs support from developers. That's how gaming systems work.
@RomeizR@vivigrot I would argue experimentation is exactly how you push the industry forward. The Switch popularized handheld hybrid consoles, and look how many we have now. Even Sony is working on one.
@RomeizR@vivigrot I don't understand the point you're trying to make. I agree that appealing to children contributes to sells, but why are you posing that as a negative thing? It doesn't change the fact that it's still selling really well.
@AruLutri It also disturbs me that there have been hardly any official posts about the return. Outside Twitter and Discord, there has been no mention of the current "Winds of Warmth" event anywhere.
Steam & App Stores have not been updated and still show the January content as newest.
@BobbyAioli93@Omnipotentgam0r I'm actually surprised to read this comment. Analog triggers for FPS offer no advantage besides immersion. If anything, it's actually hindering you since the actuation time would be longer on analog.
@PAABLOO64 I use GameShare over GameChat quite often with my friends. We had a great time going through Super Mario Wonder together.
In a time where couch co-op is dying and online play is the norm, it surprises me that GameShare isn't more widely used by people.
@Phantomtommy@JayDook 95% of games have no use or functionality with analog triggers. So for most people this is a non-issue. But for those 5% they are extremely important.
I don't much care for analog triggers myself, but tbh, with analog you'd be able to play 100% of those games rather than 95%.
