Excellent.
He can refund the independence supporters the £600K the SNP defrauded from them.
And then he can refund the taxpayers that are £2.1 million out of pocket.
Lastly he can pay for his own trip to the world cup,
Scotland should be granted an ANOTHER election and the last one voided. The SNP have conspired with the Crown office to hold back the Murrell revelations until AFTER the election AND to lessen the impact on Sturgeon.
Criminals have hijacked Scotland.

All whilst the SNP members 'ring fenced' independence fund was disappearing down a black hole.
Now the mask has slipped & the public can finally see what was really going on behind the SNP's carefully crafted image.
Here is a short version of Robin McAlpine’s 3 June 2026 article “Clearly out of his depth, Swinney is in serious trouble”:
McAlpine argues that John Swinney has catastrophically mishandled the fallout from the Peter Murrell scandal and the broader mess left by Nicola Sturgeon’s leadership. He describes Swinney’s approach as weak, overly loyal to the Sturgeon era, and “municipal” — the reaction of a provincial fixer rather than a leader facing an international-scale crisis of corruption, cover-ups and dishonesty.
Key points he makes:
Swinney’s decisions have made things worse: ignoring a court order led to the Scottish Government being found in contempt of court; the SNP has now effectively admitted the £650,000 “ring-fenced” donations were spent illegally.
Ongoing scandals (donations lawsuits, the Salmond case heading to court, internal party governance) will keep dripping out for years.
On Sturgeon: McAlpine is explicit that she “has not been cleared.” New evidence, a new witness, or a different Lord Advocate could still lead to charges. He says senior police wanted to charge her and are unhappy she walked free.
He notes she now travels with a lawyer for a reason.
Swinney is portrayed as complicit — he had a chance to put clear water between himself and the Sturgeon era but instead “glued” the problems to his own back. He is out of his depth, lacks judgment, and is turning to weak advisers.
The SNP has not had a proper reckoning.
Swinney is still lying about that. McAlpine is pessimistic: this may be the beginning of the end for the party’s credibility.
Bottom line from the piece: Swinney is in serious trouble because the scandals are self-inflicted, far from over, and he has chosen loyalty to the past over the tough decisions needed to fix it.
Sturgeon poisoned the SNP; Swinney refused to drive it to the doctor.”

@Mark1957 His boss consistently displayed strong Sociopathic tendencies but we are asked believe Nicola took no interest in the financial accounts - not in her makeup
🚨 BOOM! Nick Ferrari just put Deputy PM David Lammy on the ropes LIVE on LBC! 🔥
“Would you take the knee for Henry Nowak?”
Lammy instantly flustered, stuttering like he’s been caught red-handed:
“Uhh… well I, look, I, I, I, I think… to honour what’s that family…”
Ferrari cuts through the waffle:
“It’s a yes or no, Mr Lammy. Would you take the knee for Henry Nowak?”
Lammy, clearly squirming:
“I think… no. Because, look, I don’t think the family are asking for symbolism. They’re asking for genuine common sense policing and a reduction in knife crime.”
Ferrari pounces:
“So you agree, taking the knee is mere symbolism? It was a bit of a charade at times?”
Lammy’s brain completely melts:
“That was a moment back then when we were still in the pandemic. This is today. This is this particular incident in our country that’s heart-rending.”
The pandemic?! What the actual f*ck has COVID got to do with it? 😂 His head had totally gone. Nick Ferrari absolutely broke him on air.
This is the same David Lammy who was one of the biggest cheerleaders for BLM, repeatedly defended taking the knee, slammed anyone who questioned it, and pushed the George Floyd narrative hard, yet suddenly it’s all “symbolism” and excuses when it’s a young British lad stabbed to death.
Well done, Nick Ferrari 👏 You exposed the hypocrisy and double standards for everyone to see. No wonder people are furious.
Thread on my Scotsman piece on why there'll have to be a snap Holyrood election within 18 months
🏴Events of the last few weeks have mired the ruling SNP in illegality. They're punchdrunk, bedraggled, and can't limp on in government. Their own MSPs will recognise this soon too.
@AgentP22@SNParesnouts Excellent question with no single answer:
Half the electorate didn’t bother to vote so SNP got back with c20% of voters
Those that did vote were unaware of the scandal about to go off as court dates were adjusted
More voters voted for Unionist candidates than SNP
un be fcuking lievable !The derided #DottyBain has slunk away and no wonder. The handling of this scandal , not charging Sturgeon ,giving Swinney a secret heads up ,trial delayed till after the election , Murrell plea bargain ,is muckier than the bookies toilet in Trainspotting
