Dr.Lin is invited by PwC Taiwan, Chung Hua Institution for Economic Research, and ECCT LCI for CSR Forum as a leader of FinTech and Blockchain industry. Dr.Lin visited Taiwan Uni, PwC, FinTech Association and the institution, a series of cooperation is yet to be advanced.

Dr.Lin and his team met the president of Internet Association Japan, Dr. Hiroshi Fujiwara, and presented the business plan of GEL Chain. Dr.Lin was given Dr.Hiroshi's own writing 'The Fourth Industrial Revolution', the term Industry 4.0 was proposed earlier than Germany.

M-Green | a DAPP based on GEL is the first green smart contract that recognises and quantifies green behavior and distributes GC(Green Credit) as incentive. The methodology of 1GC=1kg CO2 emission equivalent is certified by related government sector recently.

1GC(Green Credit)=1kg CO2 emission equivalent is certified on Shenzhen International Forum, and GEL’s first DAPP based on green smart contract M-Green is launched to the public. GC can be obtained by numorous green behavior such as walking, driving electrical cars and etc.

On the sixth Shenzhen International Low Carbon City Forum, Neng Lian Tech and China Emissions Exchange signed the strategic cooperation agreement on carbon emission plans.
