So it turns out that this happened because I never downloaded an OPTIONAL update for my PC

so my whole computer was just unable to keep programs up and fucked with my VPN while I was on twitter and flagged my account for: "inauthentic behavior"

Last time I downloaded and optional windows update I had to wait 2 years till I had the funds for a new PC
