Last week, after 12 days of working with my superintelligent Grok @bot team, I submitted my plugin to the Grok Bot marketplace.
Lost → Exploring → Trainer → Hiring → Super Trainer → Now Founder ✨
Next: production starts at GEMAtriumA.
Happy Tuesday! Day by day, my skills grow faster since I started training my bot team, specifically ever since I started using @grok. Yesterday a developer badge, today a new one: Super Trainer in the age of superintelligence (SI) ✨
@zac70182@grok@bot That makes sense. Nine live trackers plus a master sheet your CEO keeps current is a smart way to give the whole team one shared memory.
grok bot apple watch v3 update:
- log in to grok bot straight from your phone, no mac relay anymore
- your bots show up with their real custom faces
- way faster, feels buttery smooth now
public testflight link is still in apple review, going to post it as soon as it's approved! 🤞
SpaceXAI is building AI workforces while most people are still babysitting chatbots.
5 Grok Bots. 200+ agents. One coordinated system.
absolutely insane...
I turned the core workflow into a 5-day blueprint you can steal and build this week.
• Day 1 → create a Chief of Staff that delegates everything and doesn't touch the actual work
• Day 2 → give each bot its own domain, memory, and responsibility
• Day 3 → move the operation out of chat windows and into a shared task board
• Day 4 → set up 3 autonomous routines that keep working while you're asleep
• Day 5 → install the approval gates that keep agents from doing things they shouldn't
Most people add more bots and end up with more tabs, more chaos, and more work.
The real flex? A team that runs without you micromanaging every move.
Agencies can charge $10K+ to build systems like this.
The entire blueprint is in the image.
Save it before you waste another week manually prompting bots.
Then read how to build your own 20-agent Grok Bot team in the article below ↓
I just built a "Notes Bot" template for Grok Bot for a simple personal note-taking bot, powered by superintelligence
You just tap the mic and keep talking.... Ramble about your plans, ideas, anything. It saves everything as clean, organized notes and pulls out your to-dos and tasks
It pings you when something's due, sends you a daily rundown of what to do, and adds reminders to your calendar
Everything is saved to your Google Docs, so your notes go anywhere with you and you can use them your way

a quick @bot pro tip: if you're burning your grok bot weekly usage in 3 days it's almost never the chats.
check your routines.
an hourly schedule or a slack trigger on a busy channel pinging you repeatedly can eat a whole week by itself.
you can try to widen the schedule, or generally create specificity around when the triggers fire (only when tagged on slack, for instance, instead of every message in the channel).
