The competition he is playing now is most Americans that just came from NCAA or NFL before. Even in practice his confidence going to grow. Hes young

You gotta understand his situation he is from Canada. For him the CFL ain’t going anywhere. They will always want him whenever HE is ready. He’s trying to make it to the highest level of football NFL. So until he makes it or they completely shut that door why rush him?

I think the advice Elgersma is getting at this point has to be questioned. For all the NFL workouts, there have been 0 contracts offered. NFL execs told Jim Barker that the NFL generally looks at UFL guys as training camp bodies, as they have missed mini-camps. #Bombers #CFL

@ba_split No chance is fair. It’s all about if you take advantage of your opportunity no matter how small it is. If you have a coach that believes in you and will let you go thru your ups and downs it gives you more confidence. If You have a coach that really trust you the sky is the limit

@GaryS2020 I agree. It comes down to the minimum and money especially for QBs. If the CFL wants to make sure guys like him come right away he has to be offered certain money. Like you said the CFL has to promote guys and invest in them to promote the league. But the consistency not there
