Well done to the children yesterday. We had lots of fun at the Teddy Bears' Picnic and enjoyed spending time with the younger children from GE and those from Rocklands.
To quote one child, 'My favourite part was just seeing everyone smiling and having such a lovely time.' π₯ͺππ₯°
During our RE Day yesterday we learnt about how some of the special food eaten over the Easter period can symbolise different things. We then had a go at making some hot cross buns.βοΈπ£
To launch our instruction writing unit of work we had a go at following instructions to make snow! I am delighted to say that it was a success and very much enjoyed by all. βοΈπ
We had some super science experiences this afternoon π. What a treat it was to have a βrealβ scientist in school to help us learn about some amazing materials such as nomex and kevlar.
Thank you to βMr Bigβ who came into Class 3 yesterday. The children thoroughly loved their time with him and really enjoyed trying out some circus skills.π€ΉπΌββοΈπ€Ήπ
