@HelloFresh I ordered my daughter’s 1st delivery of meals last week. It arrived on Monday and my daughter found “multiple hairs” in your muffins. Disgusting! I called customer service and they are refusing to cancel my box for NEXT week and issue a refund! I need a response ASAP!

@ATT I should mention that I have been trying to get boxes and return labels for almost 2 months! Local ATT stores won’t take my phones. I was told I need to wait for “white boxes”. I have 3 tracking numbers but USPS shows boxes haven’t left ATT!
