@bt_uk I have spent hours on the BT Website and BT Community Support systems trying to find an answer to a simple Digital Voice question? Can you connect two analogue Phones to the Green Socket on the back of the BT Hub using a two into one Phone Socket adapter?

@bt_uk Already done that they are the people telling us that the "Free Upgrade" is going to cost an Engineer Call Out charge because the Engineer has already been once. Although he left the House with none working Phone because the hardware delivered do not match the requirements.

@bt_uk Pensioner upgrade to Digital but gets free upgrade. Engineer comes and goes. Before two working Analog Phones after one working (same Analog Phone connected to the Hub) second not working (extension). To get two working phones customer must pay extra (engineer + Phone).

The BT 2 factor Authentication Login is rubbish!! Each Time you receive the Passcode Via Email it fails to login. It only works if you get it sent to your phone!!
Asked for Help from Support but they only say Download the BT App, which is unusable and provides zero help

Email has stopped working this morning. All login attempts including to https://t.co/jNKNjlU1lZ Fails reporting "Something wrong!" Try to reset account but never receive Text! @AOL @AOLSupportHelp Help systems provide no help. No details on problem?

New #Windows11 Update and functionality that worked before the update has stopped working. None of the Network File Shares exist any longer so no access to any of the Network files. I wish @Microsoft would stop re-configuring my Computer each month!!!!!!

In addition to the @X "Following" Timeline only displaying x number of entries before it stops updating it now displays the entries out of time order. On the screen currently it has entries 9m, 9m, 48m, 5h, 3h, 42m, 8h, 12m, 15h, 13m, 11h, Jan 7, 3h, 13m. Making it unusable!!!

As https://t.co/gVYJWGP94z is currently broken I have Just been on the @X Help Center and it is one of the worst Help Systems I have ever tried. It provides Zero Help for any question entered. It loops back to the main Screen without providing any Help.

Is it just me or does your https://t.co/gVYJWGP94z "Following" timeline stopped updating if you scroll down the timeline. It currently only displays about 30 old posts before it stops showing any older posts?

For the last three days https://t.co/rSxF3OYWvw desktop always defaults to "For You" instead of "Following"!

Installed Latest #Windows11 Update and it has deleted #Firefox and all related data. @Microsoft should be sued for illegally modifying my Computer! This is the second time they have done this. #Microsoft #mozilla

#Windows11 October Update problem continues. Tried all the solutions reports none help. Now even @Microsoft Update Catalog fails to work when you try to Download the Manual Upate Package. My guess everyone is tried to get Windows Update to work which has crashed the website!

Another month and #Windows11 update Fails yet again. Windows Update Troubleshooter just displays a blank screen. Online Help is Useless. Why after 40 Years can @Microsoft still not provide a Working Operating system????

@firefox The latest Windows 11 Update deleted Firefox! I used Firefox before Windows Updated but after the links report Firefox.exe is missing and when I look the "Program Files" folder the firefox folders only contain a few config files. Had to download and reinstall Firefox!

@JenMsft The two files are called:

"Re Replacement Power Adapter BHT Eddy Water descaler.eml"

"Your order from BHT (Eddy water descalers) has been processed successfully.msg"

Only the Outlook .msg is returned by a File Search for "BHT".

Why does #Windows File Search fail to list files that match the File Search requirements? Two files in a Folder both contain the letters BHT but Windows Search for "BHT" only returns one of the two files. This is just incompetence by @Microsoft

@rhysdrummond @Microsoft I solved the problem this time by manually looking in the folder and finding the files visually.
