@RadPax There is Cara, which is a artist specific site that has a great community. Keep in mind that it is relatively new and it is still being worked on. Also, there is no algorithm or AI.
@AarioTh@alexriesart There's several: There's Bluesky, which a lot of people seem to be going to as it's functionally like Twitter, but without the nasty stuff here. And there's also Cara, which has a great art community!
Made the decision to remove all my posts here on Twitter. I joined in 2019 because I wanted to become part of the animation community that was here. I stopped posting when Twitter started to become really bad. I've moved to Cara some time ago, so you can find me there.
✊✊Let’s go!!! The Animation Guild is back in negotiations with the AMPTP (the studios) today! Show your support by posting about what animation workers are fighting for using the hashtag #StandWithAnimation and #StayTooned for more info as it’s available!
Job creep also comes from the fact that animation, as an artistic industry, is fuelled by the passion and emotional investment workers put into their projects.
Corporate power preys on artists and pushes them too far, because artists want the project to be as good as possible.
@raorapanthera Pepperoni, sausage, bacon, ham, ricotta cheese, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper. Goodness, I have a lot of favorite toppings, but the ones i listed are my top favorite!
Mr. Job Creep has been hitting each of my Union (and non-Union) Storyboard jobs for the past 10 yrs I've been working in the Industry. Many others are hurting the same too. Help support us online, when we go into Contract Negotiations Pt. 2 next week!! ✊️
