@AndrePstv My kind of hard boiled eggs. Perfectly cooked. No sulphur rings. Well done!

@booniverseee Definitely ask for new card (with new card number). And monitor old card activity until closed for your peace of mind. Na-compromised kasi card details mo specially the 3-digit CVV code at back of card.

@KaFreebies To afford a P100k monthly rent, your tenant likely is a high-wage exec who has the resources to get his money back. Not your problem.

Hard to be lessor in this economy. My net sa one year rental is roughly 6 mos only after agent & broker commissions, prop tax, dues, repairs

[GG_Papi @GGGateTlc]

@KaFreebies Your renter’s agent is disreputable & needs to be reported to your condo mgt in case she does the same modus again. Embezzlement yan. Spending money that is not hers. I hope your tenant sues. Sadly your tenant is still obligated to pay you. Send him a demand letter.

@AndrePstv Saang baking school ito? May baking school sa Pasig pero for professional bakers or nais mag business.

[GG_Papi @GGGateTlc]

@AndrePstv Glad you saw it na. We saw the show last 1/27. World-class cast especially the Filipinos. Unfortuntely sold out na.

Upcoming shows - Chorus Line in March sa Samsung Theater at Circuit Makati. Pwede gamitin ang senior or pwd cards for large discount. And Jesus Christ Superstar.

[GG_Papi @GGGateTlc]

@AndrePstv Sarap! Hindi ko ma figure out toppings. Parang may cheesy pesto, and caramelized oniors or garlic.

[GG_Papi @GGGateTlc]

@CoolMho Bakit may special assessmentna P1,428 per month? Kabago pa ng condo.

[GG_Papi @GGGateTlc]

@AndrePstv Looks yummy! Ako rin baking marathon this weekend pero brownies and food of the gods na pang gift. Next time na ako mag muffins.

[GG_Papi @GGGateTlc]

@AndrePstv Expensive din ang may baking hobby. A trip to a well-stocked All About Baking Store will set you back a thousand pesos or two. Siempre de calidad ingredients Beryls chips, good cocoa, butter, sour cream, etc. Worth your money & time!

@its_giancarlo19 You should have blacked out the BDO branch & account number at the bottom of the check for the privacy of the check issuer (your top), Anyone can go to the BDO Aurora - Yale branch then make a P100 deposit. Bank will issue deposit slip with name of account holder. Buking!

[GG_Papi @GGGateTlc]

@AndrePstv Yes - Jesus Christ Superstar and Chorus Line. Mga 1970s musicals.
Bili ka ng tickets in person sa Ticket World Main Office sa 11th Floor ng Chatham House sa Salcedo Village Makati for good seat selections na hindi available online.

@AndrePstv @iwillsurvive_9 He he akala ko foccacia

[GG_Papi @GGGateTlc]

@AndrePstv He he.

[GG_Papi @GGGateTlc]

@AndrePstv Congrats! Pre-sell ba ito? Sana quick turnover.

[GG_Papi @GGGateTlc]

@arielrojasPH Irresponsible and sensationalistic weather reporting! At 1:45 sinabi niya na ang potential LPA ay magdadala ng “lagim” sa Northern Luzon without giving his reason and specifics.

[GG_Papi @GGGateTlc]

@AndrePstv To be a good baker, practice makes perfect. But I watch out for my sugar intake. Kaya lahat ng na bake ko, titikman and then pinamimigay. Hu hu

[GG_Papi @GGGateTlc]

Need kasi hot oven for crisp crust 230C to 260C.

Reasonable price.
