That’s how capacity grows.
A lot of people want the results that come from hard training without ever actually training hard enough to require serious recovery.
I have watched countless people be held back by a lack of intensity in their training.
I rarely ever see athletes held back by doing too much or “overtraining.”
Most people never even get close.
The goal isn’t to stay comfortably under your recovery capacity at all times.
