*Update* I did clean up the collars on the jerseys and adjust a couple of the players attributes today for anyone that has downloaded it.

@SimGamingNetwrk No coach is ever perfect, set the progression speed to something reasonable, and then let people pick either a "Vet", "Experienced", or "Rookie" coach that has different base skills. If you can max out the coach tree in 4 season's what's the point?

@SimGamingNetwrk I 100% agree micro transactions have ruined modern gaming. But for everyone saying they cant progress fast enough or they can't possibly max out all of the coaching attributes. Why do they think its practical to be perfect at everything as a coach?

@NotTheExpertYT Everyone wants realism but complains when it happens. Reall athletes get minor injuries constantly and have to go to class. Maybe making the stat decrease less would be a nice compromise.
