Shout out to my real ones. @jalenbrunson1@PJPatton52@heathaaamau They said we weren’t a good fit for their culture. Said we weren’t good enough in our roles. Peter Patton, Heather Mau, Jalen. We did and will continue to do the work.
@TrungTPhan Some clarity on the 180k tickets unsold since I think there's a misconception about them.. A majority of those are tickets for knock-out stage games that are being held for the teams that actually make those games. They can't be sold yet! FIFA has fumbled the bag tho no doubt $$$
@TrungTPhan Would Cosm be a competitor to the Sphere experience on a smaller scale? They’re starting to show movies on nights when sports aren’t the feature. Tickets carry a hefty price there as well.
@_Breezy_Briii What an absolutely ignorant statement. Those examples are the exact reason to celebrate it. Look what our country has accomplished in the last 250 years compared to others way older! Never forget the past in building your future!
@TheFourthPeriod Can't begin to state how disappointed I am for this move. I don't care what Bettman says as his opinion is irrelevant, but even the lowly Mavs FO committed to staying in Dallas. For an organization that rarely misses, this is one to give up the season tickets over.
@spittinchiclets Boldly was getting his lunch stuffed in his face by Harley until Ek came in to save him. Then he threw a couple whaling cheap shots on a guy pinned down by his price charming. Can’t see how that’s not a fine or suspension 🤷🏼♀️
Just as an FYI to the scale of this.. Roughly 10-20% of ALL energy consumption in the world is due to pumps moving water in HVAC & industrial applications. In the US, any pump above 5HP is required to have some sort of VFD (PLC) controller for energy conservation purposes 🤯🤯🤯
Underreported: The FBI has warned that Iranian-backed hacking groups are ramping up (and carrying out) cyberattacks on critical US infrastructure, including water and energy systems.
Some shit you should know before you dig in: Since the start of the conflict between the US and Iran, Iranian-linked hackers (particularly the Handala group) have ramped up attacks on the US, including a major cyberattack on Stryker (a leading American medical device manufacturer that produces surgical equipment, orthopedic implants, and hospital technologies used worldwide). The attack disrupted Stryker’s global operations by targeting its IT systems, forcing shutdowns of manufacturing, ordering, and shipping processes and impacting thousands of devices and employees. The same group also breached the personal email account of Kash Patel, releasing hundreds of emails and private photos online.
What’s going on now: In a notable development, the FBI, CISA, and NSA issued an advisory warning that Iran-linked hackers are actively targeting critical infrastructure across the US. According to the alert, these groups are going after water treatment plants, energy facilities, and “government services.”
The hackers are focusing on something called programmable logic controllers (PLCs), which are basically small industrial computers that control machinery (think pumps in water systems or equipment in power plants). By gaining access to these PLCs, attackers can change how machines behave. The FBI said the hackers have been manipulating system displays and control panels, which could trick operators into thinking everything is normal while processes are actually being altered behind the scenes.
A key part of the attacks involves devices made by Rockwell Automation, a major company that builds these control systems.
Officials said these attacks have already caused real damage, including operational shutdowns and financial losses, though they didn’t name specific victims.
In response, agencies are urging companies to disconnect critical systems from the public internet, monitor activity logs for anything suspicious, and lock down device settings to prevent remote tampering.
@topshelfhkyvids I agree that Nurse played a role in the severity of it, but Nate was at the crease line and hadn't hit the brakes yet. Not sure what would have happened if Nurse didn't also knock him into him, but it looks like a collision was coming either way. It was made worse by Nurse 🤷♀️
Prayers up for the family and loved ones of James Van Der Beek who passed away at 48 after a battle with stage 3 colorectal cancer.
He was more than Dawson’s Creek or Varsity Blues.
He was a father to 6 kids, husband, son and Man of God.
His message is worth 3 min of your time
