my prediction on the aesthetics of short form content creation for 2027: this is already happening but I expect it will explode in popularity over the next year. creators will start using typography as a visual hook and essentially start applying the basic principles of design to their videos.

this is already happening with titles (like the trend of serif fonts set in "cinematic yellow") but I think people will start captioning entire videos in a way that's overall more visually engaging then regular captions.

creators won't become designers but graphic design will become another element in their arsenal to show their "taste"
