@KevinWee90 I would also be looking for well designed visuals more than for technical complexity. I think technical skills are easier to acquire than a “good eye” for design.

@KevinWee90 I wanted to see portfolios that show effort and progression of skills. I wanted to see proof that the candidate is passionate (or disciplined) enough to consistently commit their own time to further their skills and showcase their work. The dedication to the craft.
