On a day expecting 42 degrees, soil temp could reach 50 or more. High risk of wind erosion. BUT spare a thought for the farmer. Would they be out today if they had another choice?

@AussieDexters @GHCMA @basalttobay @AusLandcare I do not know what you mean by a system for every tree. The trees are planted in rows for ease of harvesting and land management. The trees require minimal attention. Some pruning every 3 or 4 years. Wattle tress are expected to live 15 - 25 years depending on the species.

Peter worked for many years in Niger, Africa helping locals grow high protein Australian Wattle seeds to supplement their diet. He has brought that experience back home and helping farmers here.
