Today students in Advanced Animal Science worked with @CoachBrown1114 Culinary Class to complete a Meat ID Lab over beef, pork and lamb cuts. Then students were able to taste over 30 cuts of meat! @ccmrgisd @GISD_CTE @CTEShrek @GeorgetownHS #learnerprofile
